Timothy Coleman currently serves as the Director of Education at BronxNet, where he teaches community members the art of TV production. He is also the writer and host of two in-house TV shows, "The Bronx Edulution" and "Emerging Media Makers." Additionally, he co-hosts BronxNet's new podcast, "Podulution," alongside Mr. Benaiah Warr.
As a songwriter with Sony Music Publishing, Timothy has earned a Grammy nomination for his original song on a Jazz/Funk album. His Broadway credits include performing as ‘Benny’ in the rock opera musical "RENT" and as ‘Jack’ in the musical "Jekyll and Hyde."
With over 24 years of dedicated service to under-resourced communities, primarily in the Bronx, Timothy has made significant contributions to the non-profit sector. As an Executive Director, he managed a $20 million budget and oversaw citywide programs that provided educational opportunities for community members ages Pre-K to older adults in their 80's.
